I owned the car for about 19 months... the buy-back process took about 4 months. GM is
IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with... whether it's the people you talk to giving you first names only, or GM not calling you back when they say you would, or GM not returning your call when you leave a voicemail. I have no remorse over it all, and I'm glad I got all my money plus interest back.
