If there are a LOT of little things... I'd consider it a big deal.
I wanted a car that I could drive a few thousand miles, change the oil, and fill up my windshield washer reservoir. I wasn't expecting to have to take it to the dealer often enough that everyone in the service department would know me by name and bite their cheek every time I came in.
