I think most people do stay loyal to one company, like you said. I would do the same thing you would and sell a mustang to buy a Camaro. My loyalty is to the Camaro, and I am a proud Camaro owner. The difference for me is that I have no loyalty to GM. I will give Ford their due for avoiding bankruptcy, Honda for making the most reliable cars, etc. I would NOT take a bullet for GM. I would take a bullet for my Camaro.
