$70-80 is is on scale with the rest of the industry. the problem is GM and the other domestics have been in this game for a long time. so realistically, they are going to pay alot more retirees then the foreign companies that build here now. Those will be in just as much trouble 40 years down the road that GM is in now.
Solve the retiree problem, save the company. Simple.
