Don't ever step foot in that place again. They are clearly a bunch on con artists. As several have indicated already, 2-3 hours would be fair. From wheels up to wheels down it isn't hard to knock it out in less than 2 hours. Just for reference, here is a link to the install instructions for Pfadt and BMR rear trailing arms.
