I have installed three sets of headers on my car and a couple of friends Camaros. Installing headers on the new Camaro is as easy as it can be. The last set I did was a set of the new TSP headers with cats and it was 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. I do not have a lift. There is no need to lift the engine at all there is plenty of room to get the old stuff out and the new headers in. Check out this thread this the last car I worked on this past Saturday.
