Best bet is to put the miles on the car after the new tune. The O2 sensors and catalyst reading not ready means you have not spent sustained driving time at 55-65mph under light load. Normally this happens when you accelerate over 50% throttle when getting up to that speed (freeway on ramp) and the condition does not set for the test to be run.
For example, my LT1 car takes between 10 and 50 miles of driving to clear all not ready errors after a tuning session. It's all about getting the conditions right for the PCM to enter its monitor test available status.
