While you guys have "enlightened me" that it would be closer then I originally thought, the mustang WILL NOT see said camaro's tailights, unless he's not actually racing. stock the camaro v-6 is a mid 14 second car, so lets say 14.4 to be on the nicer side of things. Is it going to be up 1 full second (essentially 100 hp, for the sake of the conversation for every 10 hp=1 car length) in it's quarter mile time from the above mods? I don't think so.

AVG 1/4 is about 13.5. Camaro V6 with the nice list of mods the OP has can certainly run mid to low 13s. This will be a driver's race.
If you cant admit that, then you're just being hard headed.
Bets are off however if the GT is modded in any way, even intake and catback will be enough to make it an almost sure win for the GT.
