Hey folks, want to give you a heads up on a couple of events I plan on attending and invite anyone to join in that wants to:
First is the Somernites Power Cruise from Knoxville to Somerset, KY. on Saturday July 23. Here's a link to the website:

I plan on driving up, going to show, have a good dinner, watch some of the cruising and drive back that evening. I know some people spent the night last year. It was "hot" last year, but over 900 cars attended and I think we had five or six Gen 5 Camaros from Knoxville.
Second is the Chip Foose/Year One Charity show at Year One in Braselton, GA. I attended last year under the $25 general show. This year I'm going under the $100 limited to 100 cars ticket. Here's the link to buy one of the these spots, only about 20 left:

I plan on driving down Friday afternoon, or maybe Friday morning, taking the scenic route (fun to drive route) along US-129 out of Tellico through the mountains; having a good dinner Friday night; stay in Braselton Friday night; attend the show Saturday and drive back Saturday night (using interstates), after the burn out competition.
I would to have anyone join me for the cruises and shows. At present my son will be attending with me. My wife and daughter don't appear to be interested. Let me know if you plan to attend and we can coordinate the drives, dinners and hotel. Thanks, Bobby
