working and diet are not that hard once you do it. I think the results you see from the hard work is more of a jump start. Sometimes the motivating factor in the jump start is the person spent money on a trainer / supplements / or gym/p90

Our society is very lazy even with kids now a days. It is sad and now starting to affect the younger generation. I train people every now and then in the gym since I like to train people. Gym is a big part of my life since I work out about 1-2hrs a day 7 days a week.
