Actually, so not to totally confuse anybody, there
ARE Saturdays when Steve is there. He does a rotational schedule so he's not necessarily the guy there till close at 8:00 nor the guy always there on the weekend. This just happens to be the rotational week(end) he's off.
To JK, yes, $500 should be more than sufficient. I, too, gave $1000 but that was more so my wife couldn't spend it in the meantime.
