Actually, so not to totally confuse anybody, there ARE Saturdays when Steve is there. He does a rotational schedule so he's not necessarily the guy there till close at 8:00 nor the guy always there on the weekend. This just happens to be the rotational week(end) he's off.

To JK, yes, $500 should be more than sufficient. I, too, gave $1000 but that was more so my wife couldn't spend it in the meantime.

Thank you too, maxdmax. By the way, do you know if there allocation is only for V8? I am actually thinking to just get a V6. Do you know if they would give you the same level of discount for V6's? Well, maybe I should just talk with the guy from the dealer, but if you know top off of your head.

Allocation is generic (provided there are no constraints). V6 vs V8 doesn't matter. Yes, he is giving the same "discount" to all models.

Ctrain24, I am thinking actually go for aqua blue metalic LS with 6MT. Still considering imperial blue metalic and victory red, but I am 70% sure ABM is the color I want.

Has anyone gotten a estimate on transporting a camaro from this dealer??? I emailed the owner of a dealer not far from me seeing if they would match this deal, if not I may have to have it transported to CA.

A car can be drop-shipped to a different dealer. However, BOTH dealers have to agree to it and there is usually a charge (from what I've read) by the receiving dealer.
