I'm 6'6 and sat in a 2SS with sunroof, and will be getting mine without, just was not enough headroom for me to be comfortable with the sunroof. Easy to fix though if you really want a sunroof, just recline a little more =)

If you're 6'4 you might be ok. Also keep in mind if you ever want to go to a track remember helmet room.
