MALIBU'S ROCK!
I saw my first new Malibu today on my way to work, NICE! They have come a long way, and from what I could see looking down into it from my lifted FJ the interior looks pretty dang nice too!! Same with the new Impala's... IMO it was a slow turn around but I really think the quality in GM vehicles is a strong come back!! I've always felt their truck were top notch!! but the cars... not so much for a while... I am sad to hear GMC may go bye bye... Personally I prefer the design ques in the GMC trucks over the Chevy... BUT I do like the looks of the Tahoe front end over the Yukon front end. Except on the Denali... The Denali is nice in all models... like the Acadia... oh man that's GMC too!! The traverse is nice, but I liked the lights on the Acadia better... OH well... Anyway to the OP I think short term were all good, even long term with the mileage we are seeing in this 5th Gen! Keep up that kind of work and It could stay around longer than we think...

Secondly, their losses have very little to do with their vehicles.

Are you saying that cars like the Malibu, Lambda siblings, the GMT-900 trucks, the Camaro, the G8, the CTS, the G6, Impala, Aveo, Cruze, Kappa Twins, Corvette and the Volt aren't "good"? If so -- you certainly have very high standards .

Also, saying that "nobody wants to buy them" is a false statement disproven soley by the fact that they still hold the largest market share of sold vehicles in the US, and are the second-largest carmaker in the world (difference of a couple hundred thousand units between Toyota). That's a lot of nobodies.....

Also why do people keep thinking they just gave the money to GM...
