On all engines, V6 and V8.

GM is phasing out the old 4 speed automatic as we speak, the 5 speed automatic is only being used in the Pontiac G8 for this model year only (2008), their last 5 speed manual for a V6 was the 2002 F-body V6s, and they haven't built a V8 anything with a 5 speed stick since about 1989.

The 3.6 VVT has been in the Cadillac CTS since 2004 and the manual transmission option has always been 6 speed.

Will be the same for Camaro.
