I really wouldn't care. Because I'm overjoyed to have ordered the car for what it is here, now. Too loose sight of that would be a character flaw in my eyes. Always wanting more? Greedy? Impatient? I dunno...but I'm not concerned with it - because I honestly wouldn't be bothered. I'll be having far too much fun with my own to spend time worrying about it.

If it ever did bother me....I'd be quick to remember that for ~$1000.00, I could do it, too!

Here's the thing, though....I don't think the ZL1 will be drastically changed until the next model year. I could be wrong...but this appears to be the zenith of the 5th gen...and the team appears to be confident even as-is, it'll be as quick as the closest competition's answer.
