There were two completely different V8 engine projects. One for Cadillac, and one for trucks/sports cars. Both had OHC aspects (whether it was dual or not,
)
They shelved the Caddy project - but the volume seller, the truck/car V8s are still slated for production. But a note for everyone here. The GenV's aren't going to
start production untill 2010/2011....so don't get your hopes up for a Generation V engine at launch. Look instead for a modified GenIV engine.
