Don't be so sure that produced cars not actually in transit will be shipped after June 1st. I have dealt with many different trucking firms for a few decades. One thing is universal: they work on thin margins, and can not/will not be strung out for cash receivables for very long.

It may very well be that the Camaro plant does not shut down. It may be that arrangements are made with third party shippers ahead of time to avert a shipping shut down. At this point, none of that is certain.
