Well the oil reserves are high and the cost of crude is down, so the refineries cut their production back to shrink the supply down and drive the price back up.
The oil companies got too used to charging $4-$5 per gallon.
Right now, the truck that I drive gets 10mpg. So my SS will give me higher mileage and higher horsepower.
If the difference between the LT and the SS is going to break your bank, then you should get a hybrid.

sorry true stuff the states biggest inland refinery is just outside my office window and they are in a two week turnaround to switch to the summer blend. blame the EPA
