I don't have any video, but I did get a chance to watch a couple of 2010 GT's make some passes at Beech Bend Raceway this past Tuesday (May 19th).
Both were brand new cars with less than 1000 miles on the clock and running in as-delivered trim. One was an auto w/3.31 gears and the other was a manual with 3.73 gears.
Best time I saw on the auto was 13.6 @ 102.6; best on the manual was 13.36@ 103.4
DA that evening was ~2024
Using the calculator to correct for DA, that would put the manual car at 13.049 @ 106.849 MPH.
I've yet to see any trim level of Camaro at that track year-to-date for comparison purposes.
