The vents are Hex Vents. Steve@HPE on here sells them for 400 for flat black or just aluminum, or 500 for them painted.
He has a full, and I mean extremely detailed 30 minute video on how to install them, so you shouldn't worry about having to pay someone else to install them.
I got the SS exhaust for free, from a donating member on here
But if you have to buy one, most will sell the entire exhaust (9 feet by 5 feet) for probably 200 bucks or less
