It does not require the stock bottle to be relocated. The original prototype was tested with the stock washer bottle in place and no additional modifications to the car to increase air flow into the intake. My car is not modified for the scoop, and I did not want to add the scoop until the testing with the stock washer bottle was completed. I am going to be testing the latest version this Friday with the stock washer bottle, and no scoop also...

If you look closely at the latest picture of the new unit, you can see the top of the washer bottle through the lid.

I think one of the independent testers will be dynoing the stock intake vs. my unit with an ADM scoop though if I understood right the last time we exchanged words. His car is already modified for a scoop, but doesn't currently have the scoop. I will be supplying him with the scoop.
