Maybe in certain parts of the US, but the same goes for Verizon. Verizon offers better true 4G while AT&T offers better 3G and 3G+ (their 4G). The only way I'll upgrade to the iPhone 5 is if they convince me it is that much better than the 4 and 4S (i.e., major new features that I'll be able to benefit from) and so far I am not convinced with what I already know about it. Android phones are just now starting to get decent because Google is putting in some requirements and taking control of some things. I believe Apple makes a better smartphone, while I believe Android is better suited for a tablet. As for PC OS I believe it depends on needs, wants, and expectations.
