Not really since we recover stock items with leather it does not affect the warranty for certain parts.
The steering wheel is fine and does not void warranty because it does not block the airbag.
The doors are stock units, as well as the armrest, console, shifter knob, ebrake, glove box, knee bolster, rear deck, rear seats, and roof liner. So, all the electronics is not inhibited in any way.
So, that being said have fun modding.
