well, it is kind of amusing to read about some of the people here with cars that defy the laws of physic. my favorite is how they get around the law of diminishing returns and get 50% over EPA estimates going 80 and 90 MPH. but hey, it like that on any car forum. asking about MPG's is like asking what age everybody lost their virginity. eventually you'll have someone claiming they were 2 when they screwed the babysitter.
it just becomes a competition to outdo the other one. fact is, you might get 10-20% over the EPA numbers maybe even 30% if your some kind of hyper-miler or something. but otherwise, yea, it's just BS. some of the claims people make are just incredible
