For the front I just followed the suggestions posted in my other thread.

It came out real easy using two interior trim removal tools. I got the whole thing out in one piece. For the rear I used dental floss but I have heard fishing line will work and then cleaned up the residue with 3M adhesive remover. I did hit it with the heat gun for about two minutes just because it had been unseasonable cold but I have done it without the heat gun before. Whole process took 15-20 min max for front and back. Getting the paint off took another 20 min just because I let them soak for ten minutes. GL.
