Well i guess that is where we differ in opinion.
I believe this would be a fair transaction if this situation was an accident. "Sorry Hoopers but here is what we will do."
But with what has actually happened, I believe the Hoopers should receive an extra mile, and the dealership should justify the criminal action of their employee.
