You have the new c7 vette market they were probably looking into, plus the 6th gen camaro will be here before you know it, and then they had investments and parts for the cadillac ats. They also branched out into turbo kits for the ats, headers on camaros and vettes, custom tuning, plus whatever suspension parts.

I think it was they just grew too big too fast, and tried to do everything everywhere. There's only so much a small company can do at one time.
