So... here's the story: I put a deposit down on 6/30 at full MSRP (no gouging) on a 2SS/RS IOM A6 Black int, GFX on order at
Jim McKay Chevrolet in Fairfax, VA. Great place, Bud Carroll is the Sales mgr and a Camaro enthusiast. He was almost excited for me as I was when I broke the news that I had to cancel my order with him. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the greater Wash DC Area if they have the patience. I still owe him a drive by because he wanted to see the car.
A few weeks went by and I was looking through the Spastic Squirrel database to see how rare my combo was when a 2SS IOM A6 Black int (no RS, GFX) pops up in my wifes hometown, Pittsburgh (250miles/4.5 hours) and I decide to call the place up.
DAY Chevrolet had the car from an order that a lady had placed but took home a similiar model that had come in sooner. I spoke with them Bobby Dunn. They were selling it for $500 over sticker, it had 27 miles on it. I said, we'll take it. That was last Tuesday July 28th, I FedEx'd a deposit Wed and we drove up Friday night, spent the night at the In-Laws and went to the Dealer 9am Sat. Here's the
