Well, it's a good thing that at most engineering jobs/internships, that's a fine GPA. They mostly care about your ability to apply your knowledge in your interview. My roommate is a Petroleum Engineering masters with something similar and has no trouble finding jobs. On the other hand, have a few friends who wouldn't get interview opportunities at Boston Consulting Group with a 3.7 at a top 5 school....
