Steering wheel uses about a 18" w x 12" h (guessing).
About the same for the gauge bezel.
About 4" square for the air vents.
The center air vent (which I haven't done yet) is probably 24" x 5".
You always want some excess to use for grabbing and stretching when working it over curved surfaces.
I'd recommend the 5' x 2' roll so that you can cover a 2' area if needed.
But you can probably get away with a 5' x 1' roll.
I didn't do the center console yet so I don't know but a 5' x 2' roll should cover everything.
