If I didn't have an idea who was driving (but I'm sure it's Evan Smith), then I'd agree, however, this is the same guy who eeked out at least a few high 12s out of LS1 cars. Besides him, the only other guy who I think would get the most out a car on the 1320' would be the new HNIC over at
GM High Tech Performance, Scott Parker. Regardless, Mr. Smith is said to own many records and if he runs a car to a number, that's pretty much as good as it's going to get, for the most part (weather and track prep' withstanding). JMHO.
