The oil easily gets above 212 during track duty regardless of thermostat anyway, so it will cook and boil out the humidity out of it regardless. I already have the 180 degree thermostat as well, so switch might not be too hard. I still want to see how it works at the track with the 212 degrees F thermostat with everything properly setup, though : )
