No. There is a reason it costs THOUSANDS of dollars to get a license.
Been on the autobahn (lived in Germany for 4 years). I would never drive on an American version, it would be deadly. Can you imagine the 18 YO trying to put on her makeup, or the soccer mom talking on the phone?
I say the same thing that if it ever snows here in phoenix enough that it sticks to the surface streets. I wont leave the house, the drivers of this great country have zero skills.
