On my Camaro I have an extended warranty. Mine comes with a few extras.
Unlimited road side assistance for the duration of the warranty.
Unlimited PDR with 0$ deductible for the duration of the warranty.
Unlimited Interior repair for the duration of the warranty.
Unlimited Paint repair for the duration of the warranty. Note this isn't accident repair but rather things like paint flaking off, etc.
The rest are answered inline.
How long is it good for? - 5 Years from date of purchase
How many miles? - 75,000
Insurance company that provides it? - It's the standard name I've seen on others, Portfolio Protection.
What does it cover? Along with what's mentioned above, it extends the bumper to bumper from 3/36 to 5/75. It extends the drive train to 5/100. It might be easier to list what it doesn't cover. It doesn't cover lost fluids/refrigerant. It doesn't cover chipped or broken glass due to rocks, accidents, etc. It doesn't cover consumables (tires, brake pads, etc).
Deductible? $100.
Any claims yet? - On this one? No.

That sounds like an awesome warranty. I seriously doubt that is what I signed up for last weekend. All they mentioned is tires and rims and bumper to bumper. I assume some warranty paperwork will come in the mail at some point. Meanwhile I guess I need to stop driving long enough to get out my packet and see what I paid for.
I'm diggin' being a part of the Camaro community. Wanted one my whole life and finally got my 2011 2LT Convertible at a great price for the low miles last weekend...just in time for some nice top down fall driving through the changing leaves.
