I can only imagine how much fun that is. They where using a BG cleaner along with Seafoam. They had just used towels soaked in Seafoam to lay on them and saturate the valve for a few hours to soften things up. Seemed logical to soak and soften up with the product lots of people use in the PCV system to break up carbon and clean their valves. I can only imagine how tough it is though, was just wondering if anyone had tried it or if it would make removal easier. I wouldn't want to scrub that hard on valves with a brush.
I believe the BMW people coined this method until they started walnut blasting them with the shop vac attachment.
