I bought car a year ago and this issue started about a month ago when it started getting cold in florida.my car runs pig rich and the engine light comes on during any driving condition, it once came on when I simply started the car. The dealer had the car last Friday and Checked for codes and said everything was fine. Everytime engine light comes on for those codes I have them cleared at local auto parts store but it says permanent codes on screen when erasing them. I'll keep you posted after I speak to formato. By the way does your car have mods besides cai?

You're not too rich. You are too lean. Both of you need to monitor the fuel trims and the O2 sensors to see what's going on. If there isn't an air leak somewhere in the intake tube or a vacuum leak then the problem is in your tune.
If you are getting both codes, P0171 and P0174, then it is a problem that affects both sides of the engine. So it's unlikely both O2's fail at the same time. Same goes for a bad injector, not likely to be on both sides. Could be the fuel. Were your cars tuned with different fuel than you run now? More or less ethanol content?
