Aren't there beam intensity and # of lumens 'laws'? IIRC, here in NY, the intensity of the aftermarket lamps
cannot exceed that of the factory lamps. Now, obviously, they'd have to be pretty darn bright to draw attention from officers...but I believe there are such regulations around here; I wonder if any other states have 'em.........
