I will be working on that today. Unfortunately, GM does not publish direct email address for their executives. The VP does have a linked-in account, but I will do some research on how best to get this seen. Might have to submit it on their web form etc.
No worries. It will be seen by the powers that be and hopefully it will be addressed.
This is merely the first round. I have other ideas. GM can nip this in the bud, or let it get out of hand. Really their call.
