Thanks for reaching out. We manufacture high quality cold air intakes right here in the US (Michigan) and are the only intake manufacture that insulates the inside of the air box to help keep the heat from entering the filter. We also insulate the inside of the air intake tube with thermal coat to keep the IAT's (intake air temperature) down. Our systems are made of aluminum and Tig welded by hand. The air box is then topped off with a lid that utilizes a viewing window so your can see the condition of the filter. The lid is easy to remove with the installed quarter turn fasteners that hold it in place. You can learn more here
