Here is a basic lowdown on the process
-ships as reader
-you sign for it from Fed Ex man
-go out to car and plug in, follow prompts/instructions
-install program on you cpu (pc only NO MAC)
-update info onto that program
-send email request for tunes
-await email that tunes are ready
-update device
-go to car and install
most are satisfied with our proven tunes as delivered.
Of course you have the option to request tweaks or changes beyond the original file to custom tailor it to your specific needs.
They are not any options other than purchasing more mods and tuning for those.
