Exactly my point, a proper tune will put it right around that range. The rich factory tune makes it sit around 11.5, and hurts power

I will bet you the money it costs for your dyno, that if you go dyno now, then pull your fuses, wait 5 minutes, plug them back in, then dyno again, I'll bet you that you will gain power on the 2nd, probably around 8 hp.
8 hp doesnt seem like much, but it is definately noticable with the buttometer.
