I can’t imagine what you are feeling. I have never been much of a “car guy”. I had a car liked my car took care of it but it was just used to get me from point to point, I mean is is “just a car”. Then I saw the concept and I was in love, then transformers! Then I order on 10/14 and picked up my 1SS on 6/12. Talking to my salesman he said I first contacted him on 6/24/2008, yea I had a problem.
I talked about the 5th gen so much my wife tried to ban 5th talk from the house. Of course by time we picked the car up she was excited as I was, and was giving the salesmen stats!
We get in the car and I can’t believe it is real, my wife keeps saying wow I can’t believe what you get for the money, and she drive an F-150 but I still love her. I drive her home and the perma grin starts, as do the highway stalkers. Now my wife tries to get my to drive the jeep so she can drive the Camaro.
Been almost 4 months and 4,000 miles and I could not even fathom having to give up my car!
