I don't have instructions for this since the package I received from the company didn't come with any instructions. The particular product is literally plug and play. I seen another user on the Camaro5 forums which use this product and assumed it worked on the 6th gen but they have a different unit for the 6th gen.
Here is the post for another camaro5 owner. It's really easy to install. The other wire is not needed I never used it but they sent it to me. If you already have E85 flex fuel sensor this will give you Bluetooth functionality to read your ethanol from your phone.
