Count me as another person hesitant to drill a hole in the bottom my plastic tank.

Can anyone speak as to how thick the tank is in the area to be drilled & tapped?
I have e85 very near to my house, this is the biggest thing holding be back...

If there was a bung there, or an area where they intended for the hole to be, I'd be all for it.

For what it's worth, I have this system but with their smaller pumps and I like the idea of a bucket. I realize running a return system low on fuel heats up the pumps, but it's nice peace of mind that I'm not sucking air on the quick twisties or if I really can't fill up right away that I can run it all the way to E if needed. Not sure if you can do that with a DSX.

I'm looking at going with the Aeromotive pump with Deatschwerks injectors and rail. The injectors were installed years ago.
