Faded headlight dilemma

Hey guys, my driver's side headlight is faded something fierce. I have tried to use different products but nothing seems to be working. I am thinking that maybe the damage might be on the inside. The other day my neighbor told me that my headlight is out! It isn't out, just faded. Anyway, do any of you know what to do? Or would you guys know where I can get a replacement lens for the RS headlights? And no, the warranty no longer exists. Thanks for the help because this is killing me!And the headlight in the avatar is just one from the selection not my actual car...

3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty? How does it no longer exist? It hasn't been 3 years since the 2010s began production. Also, you can't buy just a lens. You'd have to buy a whole light.

Not sure how 3 year warranty has expired, you should still have a few days left on it since they didn't start production until March 16th 2009. Mine was manufactured in June '09 so I have just a little bit left on mine as I only have 7k miles.

Yeah that is what I was thinking. I definitely don't want to have to buy a new one.

It is 3 years 36000 miles basic. 5 years 100000 miles power train and 6 years 100000 miles for rust. There is also a 5 years 100000 road side assistance.
If the lens is cyrstal clear look for a bad ground connection.

That is upsetting. My wife's dad knows someone at one of the local chevy dealerships, perhaps he can somehow fudge somethings and hook my up, who knows...

I bought my girl used so I wasn't really planning on getting much of a warranty as it was. Premed with a mortgage...gets you every time...

It's not free if that's what your asking about. It's an extended warranty you can purchase through the dealer.
