Engline Light Code P0420
coming home yesterday i noticed the engine light was on. took it to autozone this morning they plugged in and got the code p0420 ive have 3 cars in the past 6 months thats gotten this code and so i knew right away what its for dealers closed today so has to wait untill tomorrow. This should be something they can fix rather easily i would guess. Anyone else have this happen?

i hate when you get engine codes and such! UGH!
i rather keep it simple! intake and exhaust ( axle back MRT 1.0 ) no codes or lights

I have no mods at all the only thing is i was out in the rain and it got alittle slippery and the tires spun and all for a few seconds but not at high rpms it was on the way home after that but i wouldnt think that would give me any kind of issues

the 3 that ive worked on with it all ended up being something with the egr valve either blocked passage/low flow or bad egr valve

I just did a P0420 code on a Express Van last week and I ended up putting Converters on it. I'm not the normal drivablity guy but one of ours was on vacation last week so I ended up with it. I know they replace LOTS of converters on vehicles. None have been Camaros yet

Talked to the dealer they said it was the cat they said they ordered it today itll be there tomorrow and itll be done tomorrow so hopefully i can have it back tomorrow
