Well, don't confuse the poor guy... It LOOKS like there are fog lights on an RS- I mean, glass, bulb, etc... They just don't and can't function as fog lights since they are used as DRL's.

Two Very Gentle Comments

1. Try the Search function on here. This subject has been beat to death recently. On an RS equipped car they are not foglights, they are DRL's.

2. Read your Owner's Manual.

And to the OP - Welcome.

Turn the switch to left (spring loaded) and let go. You will see a message like auto lights disengaged. Then turn one click right for the halos.

i tried that parked in front of a window to watch, and it turned off the fog's then the halos turned on. until i released the park break, then the fogs turned back on automatically along with the halos.

what i want is separate control of the fog's...or driving lights i guess. i could do it easily running a bypass switch but, it's a brand new vehicle lol

maybe because it's a canadian law that every vehicle has to have driving lights? i think it might be possible to program as US standards but not sure how...
