I am planning on getting a 2011 2lt in may is there anyway to get one made that late in the year or would I have to get one off a dealers lot

There was a post by one of the dealers here recently that projected the last orders for 2011 year models would end sometime in May. If you're looking to have the car in May, you will want to order in March. If you order in May, you won't see the car until July.

In order to place an order, you need to qualify for financing and put down a deposit. Otherwise, the financing stuff isn't set in stone until you take receipt of the vehicle as interest rates can't be locked until the loan is made real.

If you want the car in your hands in May then you should probably order in march.

Im ordering my car through becky....Mine will be ordered March 16th for a 1st week of may delivery....estimated 6-8 weeks as of now just to give you a heads up!! Sooner the better before all the spring orders come it
