after dyno tune how long will it take for the camaro's computer to run a cycle?

are you talking about the obd2 drive cycle,, it depends on your driving,, you can force the obd2 drive cycle:
http://www.obdii.com/drivecycle.html this only performs the needed drive pattern to run the obd2 tests,,, as far as your tune goes, either it is correct or its not, no amount of driving is going to fix an issue if its off in the tune

Does this drive cycle have to completed in that order or can you do them at random?
